At Cometrue, we strive to provide efficient and reliable delivery services to all our customers across Canada. Please read the following shipping policy to understand our processes and expectations regarding order fulfillment and delivery.

Free Shipping for Orders Over $200 in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA)

We are pleased to offer FREE shipping for all orders over $200 within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). For orders under $200, or for deliveries outside the GTA, shipping fees will be calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery location.

Delivery Across Canada

Currently, we are only offering shipping within Canada. We are working diligently to expand our delivery services to other countries and regions in the near future. Stay tuned for updates on our international shipping options.

Order Fulfillment and Dispatch

Please note that we require 3 to 5 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest assured, we are doing everything possible to get your order to you as soon as possible. Once your order is dispatched, depending on your location within Canada, the estimated delivery time is between 7 to 10 business days. Please consider any holidays, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances that may impact delivery times.

Pre-Ordered or Back-Ordered Items

If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any items that are currently available immediately and send the remaining items as soon as they become available. If you receive only part of your order, don’t worry—you will receive the other items shortly after.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. Please allow 1 to 3 working days for the tracking information to be updated.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, so there is only a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. If you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately through the contact us page on this website.

Returns

By placing an order on Cometrue, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to us. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further information on how to make a return.

Lost/Stolen Packages

Cometrue is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address but you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier using the information provided on our Tracking Page.
